Reservations

Bookings can be made by telephone, e-mail. By submitting a booking request, the client accepts the terms and conditions, as outlined in the section "terms & conditions".

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, and after receiving the booking confirmation, a 30% deposit is required to be paid by direct transfer into the account specified below (under "Deposit Payment Details"). The balance is to be paid in cash , on the day of arrival, before handing over of the key or is to be paid by transfer into the account before arrival.

Cancelation fee:

 - 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival
 - 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival
 - 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival

There is no fee to pay, if the booking can be replaced by other inquiries.

Arrival and Departure

On the day of arrival, the apartment is generally available from 2 pm onwards, however an earlier arrival time can be arranged in advance, by written request. The handing over of the key takes place on site at a prearranged time or please call us at least 1 hour before arrival. The vacation of the apartment, including the return of the key, should take place by 10 am, unless other arrangements have been made.
